LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SERIES
The Leadership Development Series is an in-depth, in-residency program designed to support your employee development needs as your company grows.
Our programs address the specific challenges faced by leaders at the mid to senior levels of an organization – systemic thought and action (seeing the big picture and patterns within it, and making appropriate decisions), creating accountability (where people take initiative, innovate and make smart business decisions) and powerful interactions (engaging in challenging conversations and managing uncertainty). Our series focuses on the essential skills required for effective leadership: communication, self-awareness, influence and learning agility.
We are pleased to introduce our first installment of the Leadership Development Series:
How to Achieve your Company Vision: Goal Setting Meets Coaching

As this initiative moves into action you discover you may need some skills! To support this initiative, most companies’ realize a need for coaching skills training – and usually the need is at every level.
This program will help your team achieve its goals by learning how to engage in conversations that facilitate growth and development that transform individuals to take responsibility and initiative. If you wish to improve the quality of your performance and development conversations in order to achieve the vision you have set out for your organization, this program is for you.
